We do not have a published price list; a figure is given only at the end of a conversation, specific to you. Three variables determine the amount: the number of active users, the module packages you install and the deployment model (cloud or your own servers). Items such as the number of records, transaction volume or report runs are not charged separately.
There is no extra charge for adding your own data structures, fields, views, approval workflows and reports; these are the platform itself. The only things charged are the consultancy and data migration services you ask us to carry out on your behalf.
The cloud subscription renews annually. At the end of the contract you can export all of your data in standard formats; the data is yours.
An on-premises installation runs on an annual licence and support fee. The servers, backups and operations are your responsibility; the version upgrade plan and support are ours.
