What is MitosOne?
MitosOne is an AI-assisted no-code enterprise platform and adaptive ERP that lets companies build their own data structures, business applications and approval workflows without writing code. Instead of reshaping the company to fit packaged software, the system is configured around how the company actually works. It is developed by Mitossoft in Türkiye and runs in the cloud or on the customer’s own servers.

What it does
- Data structures: company-specific tables with 19 field types, relations, sub-tables and calculated fields using a formula language with 43 functions, all defined in the browser.
- Approval workflows: define which stage a record can move to, by whom and under which condition; segregation of duties prevents people from approving their own records.
- Automation: a visual workflow editor with 26 node types, triggered by record events, schedules or dates, sending notifications and e-mails, generating documents and calling HTTP endpoints.
- Reporting: 11 view types including list, kanban, calendar, gallery, timeline, pivot, chart and dashboard; reports run with the permissions of the person viewing them.
- Data-level security: row and field rules apply identically in lists, reports, exports, mobile and the API; changes are written to an audit log.
- Integration: REST API with a per-tenant OpenAPI definition, signed outgoing and verified incoming webhooks, Excel/CSV import and export.
- AI-assisted setup: an assistant clarifies the process the administrator describes and proposes a step-by-step setup plan; each step is applied only after approval and can be rolled back.

What MitosOne does not do
- It is not a deep vertical solution for every industry. Common functions are ready; company-specific processes are configured on the platform.
- It does not send outgoing Turkish e-invoices. Incoming e-Fatura and e-Arşiv files (UBL-TR) can be imported; sending is handled through your e-invoice integrator.
- It is not a machine control system. Sensor data can be stored as records and shown on process diagrams; there are no PLC/OPC drivers and no commands are sent to devices.
- It does not configure itself. The AI assistant proposes; the administrator approves every step.
- There is no public pricing or self-service trial. Evaluation starts with a demo in which one of your own processes is built live.

Is MitosOne an ERP?
Yes, an adaptive ERP: data structures, approval workflows and permissions are configured around the company, and common functions such as HR, customer tracking, fleet, projects and quality come as ready-made templates. Statutory accounting and outgoing e-document functions are in development; today MitosOne runs alongside your existing accounting system. More: adaptive ERP.
What does no-code mean here, and where are the limits?
Tables, fields, screens, rules, workflows and permissions are defined in the browser and created as real database tables. For the rare cases that need code there is a REST API, webhooks and a time- and resource-limited script step in workflows.
What does the AI do?
The AI-assisted setup assistant clarifies the process an administrator describes and proposes a plan of steps: data structures, screens, approval workflows, roles, dashboards and document templates. Each step is approved separately and can be undone; the assistant never asks for passwords or keys.
Where is our data stored?
In the cloud, each company runs in its own separate database. Alternatively MitosOne runs in your own data centre with a signed licence and no internet connection required.
Is the product available in English?
Yes. The user interface and server messages are available in Turkish, English and German, and your own field and table labels can be translated. This website is primarily in Turkish.
